An alert was issued by police investigators on Long Island as they attempt to locate a wanted man who has been at large for nearly three years.
The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 49-year-old Ryan McEvoy, who is wanted on Long Island and by the NYPD on a host of charges.
Police said that McEvoy is wanted on a Suffolk County Family Court warrant for failing to pay child support and a Suffolk County First District Court warrant for second-degree harassment.
McEvoy is also wanted by the NYPD for failure to appear on multiple criminal charges.
The warrant for McEvoy's arrest was issued on April 9, 2019.
Investigators described McEvoy as being 6-foot-1 weighing approximately 220 pounds with blue eyes and a bald head. He is known to have ties to areas in Miller Place and Deer Park.
